Beauty is complicated, and most people take it for granted… They don’t know the intense amount of time it takes to achieve the concept of “beauty” nowadays.
But girls, don’t worry i got you! These are a few tricks to help you out
Tip #1 DO NOT WEAR BOLD MATTE LIPSTICKS IN SUMMER
Avoid any matte or dark color during summer, instead, aim for a glossy look which will open up your face especially with a brand new tan! Here are some examples, of course, while using a filter 😉
Hack #1 TAKE OFF YOUR MAKEUP USING OIL
Ah, this is one of my favorites! You’ll be amazed by the state of your skin after switching the chemical makeup remover with raw natural oil! I always take my makeup off with coconut or avocado oil, but if you find it pretty costy you can always aim for olive oil. All you have to do is apply a considerate amount of oil on a cotton pad and rub against your skin, remember if you get it in your eyes it won’t burn!
Tip #2 DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP WHILE SHOPPING
Unless, of course, you want to stain the store’s clothes and your clothes with foundation… Besides, it will ruin your whole makeup for the day.
Hack #2 SET YOUR EYEBROWS ON A BUDGET
Who wants to buy some useless expensive eyebrow setter, when you have your own without even knowing!
All you need is either an old mascara wand (Cleaned Up) or a spoolie + hairspray
Apply some hairspray on the brush then set your eyebrow hairs, it will set your eyebrows for the whole day just like hairspray would with your hair! Guaranteed! Less than 10$ girls!
Tip #3 DO NOT USE A CLEANSER BEFORE APPLYING FOUNDATION
Cleansers are important, but not right before applying makeup! Usually, after cleansing your face, you open up your pores and the last thing you want to do in this case scenario is applying foundation. Instead opt to moisturize before foundation, not only you’ll get a nice flow of blending, but also you will protect your skin from damage. Double trouble !
Hack #3 DON’T HAVE A LIP LINER? USE THE SHARP TIP OF A LIPSTICK INSTEAD
I always do this to fill in my lips, just line your lips with the sharp edge of a lipstick!
Sometimes I’d line my lips like that and blend in with a gloss, so 90’s!
That’s it for now, makeup is about experimenting and creating your own signature look! Aim for what you love so that it reflects your personality! If you liked this blog please let me know in the comments section, give it a like and why not maybe give a follow!
